After 22 consecutive wins at home (franchise record), San Antonio lost in the AT&T Center against the Lakers, 99-86. Authors of a disastrous start (34-13 in the 1st quarter), the Spurs will count up to 30 points behind at the end of the third quarter. Back in San Antonio, Tony delivers his feeling after the Spurs’ victory over Utah, 102 to 95 : « It’s a great victory, especially since it’s never easy to win in the Jazz Arena. We felt Utah rebounded throughout the game. They stayed in five consecutive defeats, they absolutely wanted to end this bad series. It was a physical game, a real fight. We counted up to 20 point lead in the third quarter-time but we gave them the opportunity to come back. Finally, it ended well for us. We are at 39 wins for only 7 losses. Sick since Thursday, Tony Parker hopes to get better Tuesday against the Timberwolves. San Antonio still holds the lead in the Western Conference with a record of 31 wins to 6 losses.

After being 21 points behind in the Minnesota game, San Antonio finally won 113-109 OT. The Spurs consolidated their 1^st place in the Western Conference with 13W and 1L. Dallas will try to stop Gregg Popovich’s men at the AT&T Center and end up the 12-wins-in-a-row series.
